How we work
From what you want to power, to a system that powers it
Five steps, in this order. Nothing is supplied before the design is agreed with you.
Step 1
You tell us what to power
The equipment you need running, and how long it must run without mains supply.
You get: A reply with any questions we need answered.
Step 2
System and load assessment
We work out the real load, the runtime and the site conditions that affect the design.
You get: Measured figures, not brochure estimates.
Step 3
We propose the system
You get the design and we discuss it with you, including the options and trade‑offs, then the quote.
You get: A written proposal and quote, with options.
Step 4
You approve and pay
Once the design is agreed and the quote accepted, we schedule the works.
You get: An installation date and shutdown window agreed with you.
Step 5
Supply, install, commission
We deliver, install and commission the system, hand it over working, and support it afterwards.
You get: A tested system, a changeover demonstration and ongoing support.
Step 2 in detail
What the assessment covers
Load inventory
Every item to be powered, its rating and how many.
Usage pattern
When each load runs, and what runs together.
Surge loads
Pumps, motors and compressors that draw more at start‑up.
Runtime target
How long the critical load must survive without mains.
Supply quality
How often mains fails, for how long, and how clean it is.
Existing equipment
Inverters, batteries, panels or generators already on site.
Distribution board
Condition, earthing and which circuits need backing up.
Physical site
Roof or ground space, shading, cable runs, equipment location.
Step 3 in detail
What the proposal contains
System design
What is installed, where, and how it connects.
Equipment list
Each component with its rating and manufacturer.
What it carries
The load supported and for how long — in writing.
Options
Alternatives with the trade‑off each one makes.
Quote
Itemised, covering supply, installation and commissioning.
Schedule
Proposed installation timing and shutdown window.
If the numbers don't work for you, we revise the design with you — you're not choosing between yes and no.
What we need from you
Three things, and we do the rest
01
The equipment that must keep running
A simple list is enough — names, rough count, where on the site. We measure the rest.
02
How long it must run without mains
Through short outages, a working day, overnight, or all the time. This one number drives the battery size.
03
Access to the site
A visit for the assessment, and a contact who can tell us how the site is used day to day.
Start with step one →
Tell us what you want to power and we'll take it from there.
Start with the list of what you need to keep running
Send us the equipment and how long you need it to run without mains power. We do the load assessment, design the system and come back to you with a proposal and a quote.
