Where we connect to a bank or mobile money service, that institution’s transaction charges are billed separately. We handle the technical side only and cannot set third‑party charges.
On‑site implementation is charged at actual cost: flights, accommodation, vehicle hire, meals and other travel expenses.

Common questions
What your registrar, bursar and Senate will ask
Do we need to sign a contract or pay upfront?
No. You run a pilot semester with your own programmes and students first. If it works for your institution, we agree pricing. If not, you owe nothing.
Can students use it themselves?
Yes. Every student gets a portal to register for the semester, print their registration certificate, see timetables and attendance, check exam eligibility, view assignment and exam results, read notices and see their transcript.
We have several campuses. Does that work?
Yes. Programmes and modules can be set up centrally and shared with every campus, or created by each campus itself — whichever your institution allows. Each campus keeps its own settings, departments and timetables, and head office sees across all of them.
How do grades get approved?
Lecturers enter and submit marks. Heads of department approve them, final grades are generated, and they go to Senate for review and approval. Only then are results released and students notified.
Can we bring in our existing students and grades?
Yes. Students, users and grades can be imported from Excel using the system's templates. We help with the first import.
What happens when students graduate?
Their full record and transcript stay in the system, and they move to the alumni list so the institution can keep in touch.
